For physical Fine Art Photography Prints, the following provisions apply to ensure your satisfaction and protection. All shipments include USPS insurance and tracking.
Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement print at no additional cost and handle the USPS insurance claim directly. Claims for damaged prints made after 15 days will not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Delivery: In cases where tracking confirms non-delivery, contact within 15 days, and Karrels Design will provide a replacement print at no additional cost.
